Bring builders together, anywhere in the world. Apply to host a Lovable community event and we'll help you make it happen.
Builders are gathering everywhere
All over the world, people are hosting hackathons, buildathons, and workshops where participants come together to build real products with Lovable in a single session. Community organizers, founders, students, creators — every event looks different, but they all share the same energy: a room full of people shipping something real. If you've got an audience and a vision, we want to hear from you.
How to host a Lovable event
Whether you're planning something from scratch or you already have an event in the works, here's how it goes from idea to event day.

Check your event is a good match
Before you apply, make sure your event ticks these boxes:
- Lovable as the primary building tool
- 30+ participants expected
- At least 2 weeks away — so we have time to review your application and get you set up
Who can host?
Anyone passionate about bringing builders together. Our hosts include student organizers, startup founders, developer advocates, community leaders, and people who just love Lovable and want to share it.
You don't need event planning experience or a large following.
02Plan your event
Plan your event
Start shaping your event:
- Decide on a format (hackathon, buildathon, or workshop)
- Think about your venue
- Pick a date
- Set up a registration page
You're the organizer
You own the event, the logistics, and the audience. We help you get there!
Not ready to commit to a venue yet? That's fine. Get your concept, audience, and timeline together and apply first. Once you're approved, you can lock in the details. The more planning you do upfront, the faster you can move once you get the green light.
Already have an event planned and want to add Lovable as the building tool? That works too. Same application process.

Frequently asked questions
Who can host a Lovable event?
Anyone passionate about bringing builders together. That includes student organizers, startup founders, developer advocates, community leaders, and more. You don't need event planning experience or a large following.
How do I apply?
Fill out our application form with details about your event format, audience, and expected number of attendees. We'll get back to you within 3 working days.
I already have an event planned. Can I still apply?
Yes. If you're already organizing a hackathon, workshop, or buildathon and want to add Lovable as the building tool, you can apply through the same form.
What do I get if my event is approved?
You'll receive a full event kit including Lovable credits for your attendees, a hosting playbook, and marketing materials. You can also opt to have your event featured on the Lovable events map.
What types of events are supported?
In-person hackathons, buildathons, and workshops focused on building with Lovable, with at least 30 expected participants.
Do events need to be free to attend?
We primarily support free community events. If your event has a different model, include the details in your application and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.
What makes a strong application?
Detail. Tell us about your format, who you're bringing together, how many people you expect, and how you plan to promote it. Include a link to your registration page if you have one. Still early? Share your vision and we'll go from there.
Is there a maximum event size?
Most community events range from 30 to 200 participants. If you're planning something larger, get in touch early so we can figure out the best way to support you.
How will I know if my event was approved?
We follow up via email within 3 working days. Apply at least 2 weeks before your planned event date so we have time to get you set up.
Can I reapply if my event was declined?
Absolutely. A declined application doesn't mean no forever — it usually just means the timing or details weren't quite right. If anything has changed or you're planning a new event, we'd love to see another application.
